The Death of Chris Adams

On October, 7 2001 professional wrestler Chris Adams arrived at the home of his best friend, Brent "Booray" Parnell, in Waxahachie, Texas to discuss an upcoming show they were planning on putting on. At some point during the evening, Adams, who had been drinking and was a world class judokan, attacked Parnell. When the smoke cleared, Adams was dead, shot by his best friend. This is the story of a man who rose to the heights of professional wrestling on to crash and burn as a result of his own vices.
