In September of 1976 New Orleans police received a phone call from a photo processing company. A man had dropped off a roll of film to be developed. An employee of the company had discovered 18 sexually explicit images involving a teenage boy. The resulting investigation would reveal a nationwide ring with ties to Michigan, Texas, Massachusetts and numerous other states, and would destroy the Scouts in the area for decades to come.
